CHAMPION INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE

The Champion Institute of Real Estate, Maryland ’s premier real estate school, has been approved since 1987 to offer pre-licensing classes by the Maryland Higher Education Commission and the Maryland Real Estate Commission.  During this tenure, approximately 8,000 students have taken advantage of the high quality education offered by the institute.

To become a licensed Salesperson in the state of Maryland, a potential agent must first attend a 60 hour course in the Principles and Practices of Real Estate at an approved school.  The student must pass that course in order to be certified to take the state test for licensure, better known as the PSI test. 

Due to in-depth curriculum, support materials and dynamic instructors, our students perform exceptionally well both in class and on the PSI test.  To view our most recent pass rate,click here . 

After passing the PSI test, a student must provide proof of affiliation with a Broker in order to become a licensed Salesperson.  Course enrollment with the Champion Institute of Real Estate does not obligate a student to affiliate with Champion Realty, Inc.
